How It Works

Applying is simple — and confidential.

Complete the form. Tell us about your athlete and your family's situation. It only takes a few minutes.

Private board review. Applications are reviewed privately by the board to protect every family's dignity.

Cleared to play. If approved, the coach only ever hears that your athlete is "cleared to play" — no one knows aid was given.
